AI — AI Agent for Repetitive Tasks
TODO — the standard process for identifying a recurring task, building an AI agent or automation for it, and handing the time savings back to the team or the client.
Who owns it
Section titled “Who owns it”TODO — Director of Operations, with the function lead requesting the automation.
- TODO — log every recurring task on the team’s plate for 30 days. Score each on frequency, time, and rule-based-ness. The repetitive rule-based ones are AI candidates.
- TODO — for each candidate, build the agent (n8n workflow, Make scenario, custom script with AI calls, GHL workflow). The agent has explicit inputs, outputs, and a failure path that pages a human.
- TODO — pilot for two weeks with a human reviewing every output. After two clean weeks, move to spot-check. After a month of clean spot-checks, move to monthly audit only.
Definition of done
Section titled “Definition of done”TODO — top 10 recurring tasks automated, total time saved tracked monthly, no automation runs unsupervised without an alerting failure path.
