Team — Service Delivery Pod Structure
TODO — the pod model for delivery: one Account Strategist, one media buyer, one designer, optionally one developer, owning a fixed book of clients together. Pods are the unit of capacity.
Who owns it
Section titled “Who owns it”TODO — Director of Delivery, with the Account Strategist as pod lead.
- TODO — define pod size (typically 8 to 12 clients per pod, depending on complexity). Each pod has the same standard roles and the same standard delivery cadence.
- TODO — assign clients to pods at onboarding. Once assigned, the client stays with that pod unless there is a specific reason to move (specialization mismatch, conflict).
- TODO — pod meets weekly for a 30-minute internal stand-up before any client meeting. Pod-lead reports up to Director of Delivery monthly.
Definition of done
Section titled “Definition of done”TODO — every active client lives in exactly one pod, pod utilization tracked, no client is lost in a hand-off because every interaction goes through the pod.
