Team — Offshore VA Hiring

TODO — the hiring process for offshore team members (Philippines, LATAM, etc.). Cost-effective talent is plentiful, the bottleneck is filtering and onboarding.

TODO — Director of Operations, with Hiring Manager screening.

  1. TODO — post on the standard channels (OnlineJobs.ph, LinkedIn, niche freelancer groups). Standard job description, fixed monthly rate, working-hours expectation.
  2. TODO — three-stage filter: written application → recorded video answer to 3 standard questions → paid trial task. Cut at every stage.
  3. TODO — onboard the hire with the standard 14-day ramp (access, SOPs, shadow, first solo task, review). Never skip the review at day 14.

TODO — hire is producing solo work by day 14, retention above 12 months for hires that pass the day-14 review, total time from job post to hire under 30 days.
