Reporting — Agency-Owner KPI Dashboard

TODO — the founder-facing dashboard. Different from any client-facing dashboard. Tracks the few numbers that determine whether the agency is healthy.

TODO — Founder, with Director of Operations maintaining the data inputs.

  1. TODO — define the metrics: MRR, net new MRR, churn dollars, gross margin per pod, sales pipeline value, close rate, utilization per pod, AR over 30 days. Period-over-period comparison on each.
  2. TODO — build in the agency’s standard BI tool (Looker Studio, Metabase). One-page layout, refreshes daily, accessible from the phone.
  3. TODO — weekly leadership meeting opens with the dashboard. Anything red gets a save plan that week, not next quarter.
