Who owns it

- TODO — score candidate niches against the standard rubric: market size, average client revenue, willingness to pay, accessibility, competitive density, founder affinity, repeatability of the work.
- TODO — interview 10 owners in the top 2 candidate niches to validate the fit and confirm the buying language.
- TODO — commit publicly to the chosen niche for at least 12 months. Update website, services, sales scripts, content, and outreach to lead with the niche.
Definition of done
