  1. TODO — pull the 100-prospect list from Apollo or the niche association directory, score for fit (revenue, geography, current marketing visible online).
  2. TODO — run the 21-day sequence: day 1 LinkedIn connect, day 3 personalized email with the niche book offer, day 7 follow-up email, day 10 video, day 14 phone call, day 17 LinkedIn DM, day 21 break-up email. Direct mail to the top 20 between day 7 and day 14.
  3. TODO — log every touch and every reply, hand qualified replies to the Sales Director within 1 business day.

TODO — 100 new prospects worked per month, reply rate above 8%, qualified discovery calls above 5 per month.
