Strategy — Productized Service Scope
TODO — the per-tier scope document that defines exactly what the client gets. Prevents scope creep, enables predictable delivery, and lets the team train against a fixed surface area.
Who owns it
Section titled “Who owns it”TODO — Director of Delivery, with Sales Director and Founder agreeing.
- TODO — for each tier, write the scope: deliverables (named items, with quantities), cadence (how often), service-level promise (response time, turnaround), and explicit exclusions.
- TODO — review against actual delivery cost. If the tier is unprofitable at the named price, fix the scope or raise the price before publishing.
- TODO — every signed agreement attaches the current scope document. Out-of-scope work has a documented change-order process, not a free favor.
Definition of done
Section titled “Definition of done”TODO — scope documents live for every tier, all active clients tied to a current scope, change-order process running.
