Operations
Operations — Quarterly Planning Rhythm
TODO — the recurring rhythm that keeps the team rowing in one direction across a quarter rather than reacting week-to-week.
Who owns it
Section titled “Who owns it”TODO — Founder or CEO, with department leads contributing.
- TODO — week before quarter end, each lead drafts proposed priorities tied to the annual plan.
- TODO — half-day offsite to debate, choose, and commit to no more than 5 company-level priorities.
- TODO — weekly 30-minute check-in for the rest of the quarter to track progress and unblock.
Definition of done
Section titled “Definition of done”TODO — priorities published company-wide on day one of the quarter, weekly check-in attendance above 90%, hit rate on priorities above 70%.
