Strategy — Service Bundle Design

TODO — the design of the agency’s standard service bundles. Three tiers maximum, each with a clear price point and a clear outcome. Replaces custom proposals with menu pricing.

TODO — Founder, with Sales Director and Director of Delivery.

  1. TODO — define three tiers (typical pattern: starter, core, premium). Each has a clear monthly price, a clear setup fee if any, and a one-line outcome promise.
  2. TODO — define exactly what is and is not included in each tier. The Director of Delivery has to be able to deliver the tier profitably with the standard pod.
  3. TODO — publish the tiers on the website, train the sales team to fit prospects into a tier rather than custom-designing every deal.

TODO — three tiers live and used in 80% or more of new deals, gross margin per tier known and tracked, custom proposals limited to under 20% of new deals.
