Retention — Database Reactivation Campaign

TODO — the reactivation campaign that runs against a client’s existing CRM database (past customers, dead leads, never-converted opt-ins). Often the highest-leverage first 30-day quick win for an SMB client.

TODO — Marketing Operations Lead, with Account Manager confirming the offer with the client.

  1. TODO — pull the dormant segment (customers with no purchase in 90 to 365 days, leads with no activity in 90 days). Confirm consent and segmentation rules with the client.
  2. TODO — design the offer (limited-time, niche-relevant, easy to redeem). Build the email and SMS sequence, 3 touches over 7 days.
  3. TODO — launch, monitor opens and clicks daily, report revenue attributed to the campaign at day 14 and day 30.

TODO — campaign delivered, attributed revenue documented, the client uses the result as proof to the rest of their team that the agency is paying for itself.
