TODO — the repeatable process for capturing a result, getting the client’s blessing, and shipping a case study that does sales work for years.

TODO — Marketing Lead, with Account Manager sourcing the client.

  1. TODO — identify wins worth writing about (clear before-and-after, willing client, story arc).
  2. TODO — interview the client, pull the data, draft against the standard case study template.
  3. TODO — get client sign-off on quotes and metrics, publish on the site, distribute through the standard channels.

TODO — case study published, client approval on file, at least 4 case studies live across different industries, sales team using them in proposals.
