Operations — White-label Fulfillment Partners

TODO — the partner model for delivery work the agency does not do in-house (deep technical SEO, complex web dev, video editing, paid platform specialties). Partners scale faster than hiring; the trade-off is quality control.

TODO — Director of Operations, with each function lead managing the partner in their domain.

  1. TODO — vet the partner with a paid pilot on a real client account before signing a master agreement. Reference-check at least 3 current clients of the partner.
  2. TODO — sign a written agreement covering quality SLA, white-label confidentiality, escalation path, payment terms, and exit clause.
  3. TODO — review partner performance quarterly against the SLA. Cut partners that miss SLA twice in a row — replacement is faster than turnaround.

TODO — every active partnership has a signed agreement, quarterly review on the calendar, no client can tell where the agency ends and the partner begins.
