Team — VA Training and SOP Library

TODO — the SOP library that lets a new VA produce work in week 1. Every task done more than twice gets a written SOP. The library is the asset; the people are interchangeable.

TODO — Director of Operations, with each function lead writing SOPs for their domain.

  1. TODO — every recurring task gets an SOP with the same shape (purpose, owner, steps, definition of done, checklist). Stored in one searchable location, version-controlled.
  2. TODO — when a VA completes an SOP for the first time, they read, watch the loom, do, and submit. Their work goes through review until they pass three in a row.
  3. TODO — quarterly SOP audit: every owner reviews their domain’s SOPs, retires the dead ones, updates anything that drifted from reality.

TODO — every recurring task documented, new hires productive in week 1, audit cycle on the calendar.
