Retention
Retention — 30-day Onboarding Sequence
TODO — the white-glove onboarding sequence that sets the tone, captures the first quick win, and converts a new signature into a long-term client. Most churn risk is set in the first 30 days.
Who owns it
Section titled “Who owns it”TODO — Account Manager, with the assigned pod.
- TODO — day 1: kickoff call, welcome box shipped (physical gift, branded notebook, niche-specific reference), access checklist sent. Set the standing weekly meeting time.
- TODO — week 2 to 3: ship the first quick win (audit findings, dashboard live, first campaign launched). The client should feel forward motion before the first invoice cycle.
- TODO — day 30: review meeting against the original goals, confirm scope alignment, set the rolling 90-day plan. Hand to the standing monthly cadence.
Definition of done
Section titled “Definition of done”TODO — every new client through the 30-day sequence on schedule, day-30 review on the calendar, first-90-day churn under 5%.
